Overview
This personal video project documents a trip to collect a Sega Mega Drive as a Christmas present for my friend, Woods. Using a mixture of phone footage and creative editing, the film tells a light-hearted story that combines nostalgia, humour and classic video gaming, while demonstrating engaging visual storytelling.
My Role
I edited the project from concept through to final delivery, transforming the footage into a cohesive story with a strong narrative structure and pacing. I restored and enhanced the dialogue, balanced the soundtrack, and created on-screen graphics and visual assets to support the storytelling and reinforce key moments throughout the film.
